a rough measurement with the ttops things out, and straight up... i got about 6.3 cuft, and there is still space in there i didnt add in...
no need to go any farther really... unless you need more than 7 cuft
This is pretty much more or less right. And there is a lot of room behind those plastic panels. Especially when you ditch the spare tire. Dorkins, where did you get 6.3cubes from!? You're talking with plastic panels in, just in the well section?...

Sure. Pointed you to the CDTs already. Only their lowest line is on sale though. I was personally one VERY small step away from buying the Focal K2's myself. Instead, I opted for the Adire Audio Koda's. I've auditioned every Focal set except for the Access line (wasn't out yet). I like the K2's better then the Utopias even. IMO. But in the end, I think I made the right decision. Heard the Diamond Hex series at a local audio shop. Nice. Nice. And finally I had a buddy running MB Quart components (can't remember which ones) in his f-body. They were sweet as well. And I think that's just about all I've heard in person.... that's worth mentioning anyway.

boston acoustics are also very nice... fairly pricey as well, but have a great sound. their subs are also nice. I had the pro series 10.5lf 2 ohm and loved it. they make great musical subs in their previous pro series line. I'm not sure about the new ones.
