I have a 1997 Firebird with 10 speaker system. It is not the monsoon stereo.I have factory AM/FM tape player.
I looked in the back and my car does have the plug in in the back for one.
I cant seem to find an answer.
are you sure that it's not the Monsoon system?
i'd check the RPO codes to make sure. Just because it doesn't have the sticker doesn't mean it's not the Monsoon system
also, odds are if it is a tape HU, and has the connections in the back, that a CD Changer will work.
There was another post about this a while back, saying about not to bother buying the factory changer. If you dont have it already, dont buy it. You can get much better after market ones that will hook up to your factory deck alot cheaper..
