I began with the Alpine Type-R system last summer. You still have the type-e speakers, I have the type-r speakers all the way around!

I wouldnt do that. The SLP is really hard coming from the rear as is. If you did that it would almost deafen(sp if it is a word) you should really just put it in the back.

Hey uh.. Do those big 'R's in the middle of my speakers represent Type E's?
I also have type R's all the way around and have had for quite some time.. About the time you were beginning I had already finished.. so

Hey nitrousflame, Take a look at this box I did awhile back. If you slope the front of the box to match the seat angle, it will give you a better fit and more air. It's a weird shape, but it fit really well. Take a look. http://www.subthump.atfreeweb.com/im.../reardeck1.jpg

Imagine if you combined that box with the deep well box! How much airspace do you think would be possible, Mega?

Probably a LOT of air. That one there is almost 2 cubes and it falls short of the edge of the hump quite a bit. The deep well box I can get 3.25. So that's over 5 cu.ft easy.
