Want to add two more speakers....HOW?

Hey. I have a 94 V-6 with the original speakers and everything. I have two Pioneer 6*9's just sitting around collecting dust. I tried to sell on here but no takers. Anyways, can I hook them up to my system without an amp? Do I just run speaker wire to and from my cd player? I have really no idea how to do this or if it's possible. Any help would be great!! Thanks

6*9s wont fit in your camaro anywhere w/o modifications.

You can put them in the back where the read passenger sits if you cut the hole out right.

My 94 camaro came with the bose 3 speaker system, so i didnt have any wires back there so i ran everything off a 4 channel amp.


And you cant just run wires off your CD player to your speakers.

I guess I should of been more clear. I want to put them in the back trunk part of the car on the two side panels and cut holes in them. I just don't know how to connect the speakers.

nah dont do that, first of all i would think that the panel back there is to thin to hold the weight of the 6*9 and i think with the bass it would flex and sound ****ty.

And second of all they would be wayyyy to back there to make a sound diffrence.

Well I did put the 6*9's in. I just hooked them up to the rear speakers and ran wire from them to the new ones. And yes, it did make a huge difference in overall sound quality. I just have to find a way to make them permanent.
