Im getting the rest of my sub money on may 4th and i am going to order some subs from ike sound, my question is should i go with 3 10" audiobahn aw1006q (3ohms)(rms 50 - 900)(peak power 1800) for a $100 per sub or do i go with 2 12" aw1206q (3ohms)(rsm 50-1100)(peak power 2200)for $159 per sub? Really need your guys help on this one, still new to the sub area but the only way to learn is to learn by doin. also whats the difference between ported and sealed boxes?

dont get either unless you can provide them with the power or they will sound like sh*t. I just heard 2 of those 12's in the DC101 hummer H2 with 1000 watts running to each and it sounded great but not if you don't have the power. If you have the power get the 12's in not get the cheaper line the aw1200's? i think 700 rms each. In a camaro or firebird their really isn't enough air space to run the audiobahns ported so, go for sealed, although it would be a lot louder with it being ported. Any more ?'s just ask.

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
