Well, i have gone thru 2 subthump boxes and still thought my setup should have been louder that what it was. So i had a hatchback box built and put it on the flat part of the trunk, i made a fake floor and put that in the well and mounted my audiobahn hcq2300 amp to it. now my system hurts my ears, its a lot louder and hits a lot harder just by turning the subs to the back instead of firing up and in. I know i gain atleast 3dB's with the same setup but, different box. just thought i would share. I would rather take more sound than looks but with the fake floor i like the way this setup looks better anyway.
