• Beware Ike Sound

Ordered my Pioneer TS-G1647s April 6th.

They were finally sent to me today April 23th.... thats bad in my book... and only after I had to email them to remind them to send it to me.

Well I'm happy fine no problem atleast I have them right?

    WRONG

They sent me Pioneer TS-G1047 4'' speakers instead of the 6 3/4'' speakers I ordered....

I'm pissed... i'll post again with what happens... but just take a 2nd and think before you order.

Hmmnn, me and my friends have ordered from them a few times and everything was great. Maybe it was just this one time?

i always go with crutchfield... they just seem more professional and i haven't had any problems with them (you get everything within a week after you ordered it too).

Crutchfield is really expensive! You can go almost anywhere else and get them for cheaper!! I have that site on my links though because I like to look at the products and they have nice pictures of them....

generally i only buy anything when it's on special (last time was a $50 gift certificate on the amp, and a buy 1 get 1 free deal on the subs).

Well I sent them a rather discouraging email and this was their response.

quote:
You can send the speakers back to us with the following return number written on the outside of the box IE8-80492, include the receipt for what is costs to ship the speakers back to us and we will refund that to you, only ship them ground, I have the Pioneer TSA 1670R, which are the replacement model for the pioneer 1647, if you would like i can ship them out to you today, and you will receive them on monday, and i will refund the shipping cost when i receive the other speakers back, please inform

So out of it i'm getting a free upgrade as I ordered the 2 ways instead of the 3 ways. Fine by me. Fixed less then 24 hours after i called and emailed to make my final complaint.

Package should be here Monday. At that time I will send them their other speakers back.

Will keep this updated. Its only fair for them that I do.

                  James

Ikesound dicked me over as well. I hate those stupid hicks. Thanks.

In all honesty, they have horrible customer service. I wanted to drive to Florida just to slap the woman who I was talking to.

I was screwd over by them too. I won a digital one farad cap, took them about a month and a half for me to get it. I got a basic cap, not digital. They are bastards.

I agree with all of the posts. I am an Ike customer. They don't have the most incredible services to offer but DAYUM!, you can't beat the prices.
