  • I am gunna go audiobahn

I am going to get a single 12'' audiobahn flame Q sub. I am going to be powering this to the full rms with a jbl 1200.1 at 1.5 ohms. how does this sound to you guys?

sounds like a decent setup, ported or sealed?...audiobahns dont have a whole lot of SQ, but they slam hard for entry level subs, one of my favorite entry level companies

Sounds really good. Is your box going to be sealed or ported? I have 2 aw1200q's and they pound. I heard one entry level audiobahn in a slot ported box in the back of a altima that was awesome. It sounded like two 12's easy. I think the abahns perform better in a ported box than sealed, but they do good either way.

I am gunna have it sealed due to no subsonic filter on the amp. How is that sub entry level its aw1205T?!?! 1200 watts rms doesn't sound like entry level to me and about the sq, i hate those systems because they just don't hit hard enough, i want my stuff to be heard. Thanks for the replies guys.

5000000 watts rms could still be entry level, it's about build quality and the subs abilities, and i'd reccomend spending 5$ at radioshack for a RCA in-line subsonic filter.

I looked around and asked but, the didn't no what the hell i was talkin about. thats cool tho so i might be able to go ported. that sub is just flat out awsome, richy the owner of tint work also a fellow fire fighter brought by DC101's new H2 Hummer with 2 of those 12's and a 2000 watt audiobahn amp, badass. Piggly how do you like the 1200.1, i will be gettin that and the 180.2 for my componets. thanks.

i love it...it's an awesome solid performer for the $...that and my digital designs 12 and it really got my car breathing..beware with the 1300+ watts rms this thing actually puts out...it'll find loose screws and make them rattle like a biznitch...it's a good amp though, im looking to hopefully sell mine and my sub because im getting tired of messing w/ the box everytime i take my t-tops off
