Has anyone purchased a high output alternator from 'csking' on eBay? If so, would you recommend it?

I bought one for my 3.4L. I bought it hoping that it would cure that borderline dip into the red when I'm sitting at a red light, but it didn't. :( But I do feel that it is much stronger than the stocker. I've been blowing an alternator every year since I bought my car (over five years now) sometime around June July. So it looks like I made it through this year!! That's a big plus. I'd recommend one.

Try dominick@tds.net . He has some extremely high output alternators that put out a massive amount at idle. How does 210amps max and 160 at idle for $291 shipped sound to you? That should clear up ANY voltage dip problems you have. Tell him the navy guy sent you!! :D ;)Comment
