This is very strange. Try unhooking all your speaker wires coming from the amp and see what happens. It is possible that you have a short iside the box. Dunno for sure, just an idea. Also make sure none of you power or ground feeds are arcing over to any of the other terminals. Maybe something internal in the amp is causing the problem? Afterall, didn't you say it's a pyramid?

ok #1 it's a pyramid
#2, they suck ***
#3 you fried the internal fuse
always always always dissconnect the power from the battery when doing this, for this exact reason.
oh yeah, the two ligts you saw were the power and an Ohm light, before it fried.

Hold on here. Do you even have voltage from your turn-on wire? Strange about the turn signal. Hope you don't have them tied together somehow unless it's just a coincidence. Check your fuses. Even if you did fry the amp, no big loss IMO. You can get a lot better amp used off ebay.

still aint workin =\. i jsut checked all wiring again and did some stuff some friends told me too, but it still didnt work. does anyone got any ideas at all? heh. anyway to test it? cause it seems like its not accepting ground connected heh. when i disconnect ground, protect and power lights come on. but when i connect ground, they go off. they only on when no ground connected, and remote on. even when ground and positive, audio cables and speakers all unconnected and only thing connected is remote, the two lights still light. i dont get it =\ heh1998 Pontiac Trans Am WS6<br />1998 Camaro RS<br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/grandmastercow\" target=\"_blank\">My Cardomain.com Site</a>

its the fuse or capacitor inside the amp. If you have a reciept take it back if they will warranty it, but yes Pyramid sucks, thats why this has happened. I had an old amp that did the same thing as you posted in your first post, the problem is internally. ;)99 Firebird Vert, Pewter Metalic<br />Fast Toys Ram Air<br />Jet Stage 2 Chip<br />17x8 Mille Miglia Emotion II Plus\'<br />wrapped in 245/35/17 Yokohama A520<br />Rhino Perf.
