ok, i think my car has turrets...
when i lock my doors by remote, or by the button on the door, my alarm goes off...
it doesnt go off right when i lock it, but it goes off randomly...
i noticed it happens more in the rain, but recently has been happening more

what the hell is up with my car... damn... first my computer gets turrets, then my brother, now my car...

adjust your senistivity and see if it helps. My facorty alarm thing was in the passenger side rear wheel well. Take out the spare to get to it. There should be a knob on it, its a little black box. Hope that helps...

If the sensitivity is too high, I'm guessing the movement of the locking mechanism is triggering it...

I have a question about this...

Mine goes off randomly as well, and I thought I found out why (could be way off though). Since my remote no longer works, I can't unlock my doors with it (nor lock them). I always thought if someone locked the doors with the door switch (power locks), and then unlocked the car manually, the alarm would go off. I could be way off on this though. If so, I'll start using my power locks instead of manually locking my car...

yea it's the circuitry, you really have no way to get around it with the system set up parallel so when you open your doors, after locking them with the remote, you will be stuck witht he alarm going off. with the way that the alarm was hooked into the door, it sends the signal through the alarm first. not sure who had this bright idea.
