I'm not exactly sure how you'd do that as I am not aware of any particular output which is + or - only as the alarm is armed. You could have the module activated by the wire which is activated to lock the door - but that would roll up your windows any time you locked the door intentionally or accidentally.

I'd go for a whole new alarm.

It can be done with the stock alarm but would require some cutting and splicing of the wires. You would have to do what is called progressive unlock bypass. Progressing unlock is when you have to press the unlock button twice to unlock the passenger side door. When you do the progressive unlock bypass you only have to hit the button once to unlock both doors and then you can use that extra pulse to activate window roll up, remote start, turn your headlights on, or whatever your heart desires as long as you have the module to wire it up. If you go to www.ls1.com and go to the Electronics forum look for a guy named SShevy. He makes a custom wiring harness for our cars that allows you to do the progressive unlock bypass without cutting or splicing anything. Its pretty cheap too. Helps those who are afraid to cut wires in their car sleep well at night, like me. It has an extra wire coming out of it that you hook up to the module you are wanting to use. Simple as that. Hope this helps.

EDIT: I just went back and actually read your post all the way through and realized you wanted them to roll up when you locked the car, not unlocked. So I guess forget my idea and go with Dr. Millhouse.
