Answering those questions will help in deciding on an amp.

Its a little different than rims because there are several different ways you can go with a system. Do you want loud bass only? Are you more interested in sound quality? Do you just want to add some more low end? What size sub and how much power can it handle? And as Mu asked what is you budget? IMO McIntosh makes the best amps but i doubt you can afford any of their amps. Sorry bout the other guys puttin you down but we get tired of seeing the same vague questions all the time. Most of us would be glad to helpbut we need more info before we can really give a good suggestion.

i've heard good things about hifonics.. i have a hifonics amp right now but have never hooked it up cause its too much for my subs.. but a lot of people seem to think that hifonics does good puttin out rated power for decent prices
