  • how much could I sell my system for?

I have 2 12" L7 solo barics that are about 6 months old and hardly used and a Phoenix gold 1200 watt amp. I also have a vented box for the subs but its pretty heavy so Im thinking it will be too much of a hasle to have to ship it. How much do you think I could get for this stuff? Either on Ebay or to post in the for sale section.

I think that you should sell it all to me for a very reasonable 250! LOL!

More info on the amp please. A model number would be ideal. Is the box from subthump.com? Are the subs the 2004 model? All silver? Or does the dustcap have the red/white swirl thing going on?

Here is the amp I have: http://www.cardomain.com/item/PHOT12001

The subs are the darker gray subs with the red and white swirl on the dust cover and are DVC 4 ohm.

The box isn's a subthump box, it was made at a local car audio shop.

The subs have been used on and off for 6 months, mostly off.

Even with the 2004 model subs, I don't see you getting $200 a piece seeing as how they're about $210 new. With the 2003 model as you have, $100-$110 each sounds about right. Nice amp. Should be able to fetch $200-$225 for it. Again, can't be sure of the design or quality of the box, but how much did the shop charge you for it? I was thinking a selling value of about $100-$125.

Sorry, but just because you say you haven't used them much doesn't hold a lot of weight to the buyer. That's no guarantee of anything and the buyer has no idea of what kind of abuse they received while in your possession. You can say all you want, but be it 6 months or 1 1/2 old... they receive nearly the same resell value. :(
