So CTFirebird00, you're saying that the driver side seat inflates the passenger side lumbar support? In which case you'd actually have to run an air hose from the driver seat to the passenger seat? If so, wow, I didn't know that.

I have the 93-97 seats and yes the drivers side operates both sides im almost positive. I can't imagine having run the lumbar hose to the passenger side for any other reason. For the 98-02 I believe the lumbar operates the same way (correct me if im wrong).

Interesting. I don't have a passenger-side power seat since I don't have a TA. I would have thought it's be easier for GM just to put the lumbar components in each seat. I guess all you can do is figure out how to run the hose. A junkyard TA would probably be your best answer, then you can see how it's done at the factory, plus you can pick up needed parts. I'd be concerned that if you just ran the hose under the carpet, you may have a lump where the hose is, if the hose is large enough. Wires would be easy enough, but they're probably tiny compared to an air hose. Good luck on it, you'll get it figured out. It'll just take some research and probably a couple of trips to the junkyard. What's great about junkyards is all the cars you can practice on so you don't screw up your own car.

There are no Firebirds/Camaros/Trans Am's at any of the junk yards within 200 miles me.

Blazing firebird, i just installed my power leather seats today, Where did you buy your seats from? if you bought them from fparts on ebay, like i did, they should have included a wiring harness that connects to the wire coming out of the floor of your car, i have a 97 firebird and had that same connecter coming out of the floor from my car on the drivers side, also the wire harness that should have been included also hooks up to the passenger seat, so the drivers and passengers side seat are hooked up together, and are powered together from the wire coming out of the floor. My leather power seats were from a 98 trans am. So whoever you bought the seats from tell them to send u the harness that should have been included, cuz with out it your seats will not work. Hope this helps out.
