it's spelled dynamat, not dynomat =)

anyhooo I JUST did mine today, it helped out SOOOO much, all i did was the back two panels, and now, nothing else is rattling, i only used 2 sheets, both 1sq ft each. I think the cost was around $30 for the two sheets. I didnt even cover both of the panels, only parts that i knew were rattling, and it worked.

Dynamat can be real heavy stuff. It can make as much as a 70lbs difference!

In my ever need to be faster and more powerful I also came across added unwanted road noise etc.
I never want to add weight but I needed it quieter.
I completely removed the carpet from the whole trunk area and all the way past the rear seats (rear seats were taken out for this).
I bought that sound deadener in a can, yes, in a can.
I put 3 coats from the above described area and it surprisingly made a significant difference.
Yes a mat or sound deadener material would have been better but it also adds unwanted weight.
It worked for me
Hope that helps.
Oh yeah, BTW, the stuff I used is frigin messy!!!! so be careful

I use some stuff called rammat. JUST like dynomat only cheaper. Your noy paying for the name. This stuff is very sticky so don't worry about it sliding off after a few months and it deadens sound like a champ! You can find it on ebay. Like $66 for 50sqft. Search for rammat. That's like half the price of dynomat! :D I think the guy who sells it is on vacation until mid Jan. So after then I will be picking up some more as well!! :D :D
