After my car has sat for the night I start it up in the morning and have my music up and the interior lights dim in and out.. Never go completely off but gets sorta dark.. But after awhile they and normal and stay on the whole time.. Does anyone know the problem? I really don't like this doing this!

It could be something as simple as the battery is recharging after dumping alot of juice into the starter motor and the alt is working extra hard to power the stero and recharge the battery at the same time...
I would suspect the battery before the alternator in that situation - it's probably an early sign that your battery's on it's last leg.
