Need Stereo Info on 94 Camaro ASAP!!

Hi, My bro wants speakers for christmas and I need to some info on it. The car is a 94 with the base speakers. It doesnt have the components or anything like in the premium 94+ firebirds. He has an alpine head unit in the car now and the guy who had it before him ripped out all the aftermarket speakers he had in there.

1. What size are the speakers?

2. How many total are there?

3. Any other special stuff I need to know?

The size- oversized 6.5= 6.75 or 6 3/4

Yeah I'm probably gonna get him eclipse speakers because that is what I have in my stang and they sound good.
