Can someone tell me what's the difference?

SQ = Sound Quality - pretty self explanitory, and somewhat subjective.
SPL = Sound Pressure Level - when everyone says "I hit 156db." That is their SPL.
You can build a stereo to hit SUPER HIGH SPL's with pure noise. To me, SQ is FAR more important than SPL. I'd rather have quiet quality than loud noise.
