how can i wire up my remote start to work with the factory alarm and key fob? i read it somewhere but cant find it

Depends on the type of remote start you have. DEI remote starts have a way that you can use your factory remote. You would hook up a wire to your door locks and program the remote start so that if you hit unlock on your factory remote 3 times, the car would start. I did it with mine, but found out I didn't get the range that the DEI remote had.

That looks like a Remote Start that the dealer would have installed. Most likely that will give you a new set of remotes that would look just like the factory remotes. You can purchase remotes from DEI that look similar to your factory remote. Plus, these have the range of an aftermarket. You are better off getting an alarm remote start combination that replaces the factory remote.
