And let me tell you, it wasn't fun. I had my cousin-in-law (works at a GM dealership) get me the window motor and regulator. He then came over and it took us a little over an hour to get the old motor and regulator out, and the new one in and working. We also found out that my up and down guide (not really sure what its called) was broke off at the bottom. We welded that back on, so now it doesn't come off track where I need to push out on the window to get it all the way up. But the window goes all the way up and down now, pretty quick too. Its kinda loud, but it only lasts a few seconds so that really doesn't matter.
I also realized that I suck at getting the door panel off and on. Right now the clip by the speaker won't go in the whole, so its sorta sticking out. But the door still closes all the way, so it works for me. I'll look at it better tomorrow during the day, since it was dark out when I put it back on. I also couldn't get one of the screws (the one under the armrest) back in, because the clear plastic sheet was in the way. I'll see if I can get that tomorrow too.
Just letting everyone know that while it may take a while, it isn't that hard, even for a first timer. If everything went smooth, it probably would have taken a half hour to 45 minutes. Things I encountered include broken guide, started with window all the way down because it wouldn't go up, and it started to get dark out halfway through, so we needed a trouble light. I should probably do the passenger side soon, but it can last for now.
