I have a '94 Camaro v6 coupe, bought used a couple years ago.
It has a Kenwood head unit. AM/FM/CD.
One speaker in each front door. Basic paper cone.
One empty spot for a speaker in each of the rear pillars. Plastic grills & holes, but no speakers.
One speaker on drivers side in the back. It says Bose on the grill cover. I think it has an amp attatched right to it.
My questions are:
Did I read that only a Bose head unit would work with the Bose system?
Did the car come with the Kenwood head unit stock? I dought it.
Can the wires hooked to the back speaker be used for an aftermarket box?
What exactly is a Bose system, & how do I check to see if it realy is one?
What would you do for around $300.
I listen to Country & Rob Zombie.:dj:
