Strange Turn Signal Behavior

I have a 1994 Firebird and the turn signals work fine with the lights off but when the lights are on only the left turn signal works, the right one doesn't even light up, if i tap the flasher while the right turn signal is turned on the signal will flash, so i think it is a flasher problem, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Also the right back brake light is very dim and ive replaced the bulbs, when the turn signals are on the light will actually switch filaments between blinks.

check ground my vett did the same thing
