I wanna go for either 2 15" MTX or eclipse aluminum subs in a custom box sloping across the back of the hatch. What kind of amp would u sound guys reccommmend and what would be the best kind of box to have built for this application, also any particular models of the aluminum subs that you guys reccommend??
I use an aftermarket head unit it's a pioneer I can't find the exact model number but I believe it is a year 2004 model.
I'm personally not a big fan of anything MTX. Their products were middle of the line stuff. Nothing special, but not crappy. Then the ad campaign started. They proceed to put down other companies products to make theirs look better.:tdown:
As for which eclipse model you should get... obviously depends on how much you're willing to spend. As for the amp, depends on which subwoofer you decide on. If you wanna go all out, power each sub with its own amp and throw those puppies in the largest vented enclosure you can squeeze in....
