Well, I got one. Either they sent the wrong one or it's not worth it to me. The thing is 4 FEET LONG!! All you need is 30", not 48".

How long was yours? You have an install photo?

Hold on, you guys lost me. Are you upgrading your positive wire as well, or is that the Booster? If I took say 2 or 4 gauge wire and ran it to that positive box there on the fenderwell, would I see any difference? I'm thinking of doing all the grounds with 2G or 4G, since I'm hoping to get a system sometime soon, but are you guys doing the leads as well, or is that the booster? And has anyone seen any HP gains from the booster? The site claims it gives your plugs a hotter spark, so it should give some more power, but does it?

            UPDATE

Returned the 48" cable to ZZP. They had one 30" cable (prototype). Got that cable 5/16" (alternator side) and a 5/16" lug drilled to 3/8" on the Positive (+) stud side. NAPA cut the 3/8" lug off and replaced with a 1/4" lug. I also replaced the black convoluted tubing with red. Voltage is stable, higher and there doesn't seem to the hesitation under full throttle anymore.

              Re: ZZP Alternator Rewire Kit

Where are the other 2 wires in the "big 3" i am pretty sure the first is the little one going from the batterys - terminal to the wheel well. but one coming off the engine? where?

Oh and is the positive terminal on the wheel well stock and just not on a 01 or aftermarket?

in FirebirdGT's pic, you see 2 wires that are covers in red. Those are two of them. Then you go from the engine to the chassis. Not too sure where that one's at since I personally haven't done this (yet). And the terminal should be there. I may be wrong, but I thought it was on all 4th gen's. I know my 97 Camaro has it, and I've seen some 98+ with it.

                  Re: ZZP Alternator Rewire Kit

The red cable from the battery to the fender red (+) post is stock configuration, as is the fender (+) post. The red cable from the fender (+) post to the back side of the alternator is the "mod". Stock configuration was a 8 AWG cable that runs from the back of the alternator to the (+) post on the BATTERY.
