Re: camaro sub box 2- 12"
Square subs don't sound as nice as round, and I'm assuming his box comes with round holes to begin with.
Do you have an amp already? How much are you willing to spend on that?<b><i>Don\'t Ever Judge Me</i></b><br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/earnhardt132000\" target=\"_blank\">\'96 Firebird Y87 3.8L V6 5spd</a><br />--No mods as of yet, shoot me some ideas if ya want.<br />178,000 miles and counting

Re: camaro sub box 2- 12"
I reccomend 2 audiobahn 1200Q subs paired with a 1200.1 class D JBL Powervalve. You will also need a 1.0 cap. Should not run you over $600 for the subs, amp, and cap. Subs alone are within your $300 mark. I am very happy with them. I believe they make the most bass from a 'regular' t-top box for the price, IMO.
Not a good pic.

Type R. I run 2 of them sealed and they are nice. Under-rated subs also...they are rated 500rms but people give them 800 all day with no problems and I myself and giving them 600 a piece. Plus they are like $140 shipped new off ebay.1998 Camaro V6 \"Black Mamba\"<br />Y87<br />Whisper Lid w/ K&N filter<br />Flowmaster American Thunder<br />Numerous appearance mods.<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2154172\" target=\"_blank\">Car Domain</a>

Re: camaro sub box 2- 12"
If all u want is spl u gotta go with 2 L5's. It wont be hard to jigsaw some square holes.
BUT if you dont wanna do that, I was once deciding between Type R's and CVRs...I went the Type R's and i'm happy.1998 Camaro V6 \"Black Mamba\"<br />Y87<br />Whisper Lid w/ K&N filter<br />Flowmaster American Thunder<br />Numerous appearance mods.<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2154172\" target=\"_blank\">Car Domain</a>
