i have a few polyester fiber filed pillows will this work? for in my sub box?

Um ya, but take the stuffing out of the pillow.... LOL

The idea behind fiber fill is to slow down air movement. If you put the entire pillow in there, you more block air from getting to that area, hence kinda destroying the whole idea.
