Budget? How much space you gonna give them? Sealed or ported? What sound are you looking for? Loudest possible?

Rather than buy 2 subs, imo you should pool your money together and get 1 quality sub and bridge your amp. It'll actually sound better than 2 low budget subs, and it'll save you space.

          I've owned type r 12s, mtx thunder 8000 12s, Audiobahn aw1200q 12s, and infinity perfect 12s.
I suggest perfect 12s. They are the loudest, cleanest sounding subs(in a sealed box) out of all the ones I've had. Crutchfield has a buy 1 get 1 free special on infinity perfects. 2 for 179.99. Free shipping and they have a 3 year warranty.

I had a jl 500/1 pushing them and bass mekanik would hurt and flex my hatch in my 97 camaro.

But these are single 4 ohm. I don't see a 2-ohm version on their site at all. And the Perfect is a very nice sub. Especially for small box applications. And if the are buy one get one with free shipping..... damn near impossible to beat for $150.

2 Resonant engineering se 12's, i've seen em go for 80 bucks a piece, and take around 200 rms each, but i've heard people push 300 daily.

+1 for the kinda money you would be spending on subs, that is an insane deal on the perfects, they are nice subs especially for that kinda money right now!
