Fog Light Question

I just installed halo headlights and did the DRL mod. I disconnected the C2 connector so I don't have automatic headlights or daytime running lights. I wanted to be able to turn on my halos without the headlights on since the halos are wired through my foglights.

My question is, can I do something where I can turn on just my fog lights and halos without having to turn on the running lights (turning the headlight switch one spot over)?

Thanks to anyone that helps.

btw I have a 1998 Camaro.
