A friend of mine owes me some money, He said that he just bought some 12' pioneer subs and a 800 watt amp, and would just give me those instead,
I already have two type r's and 1925 watt amp. Could this be done? Would all these differnt brands work together? Has anyone ever done this in an f-body?
he owed you money and bought a sound system instead of paying you back?
make him sell the stuff and give you the money.
if you try to run the subs like that it may very well sound pretty bad.
i guess if you have two amps you could have one set of amps/subs handle a specific bass frequency range and have the other set handle another bass frequency range.. i imagine that it could be a pain in the @ss to balance out. and what about your alternator? is it ready for that kind of abuse?
just take the "friend" to small claims court and get it over with.
Yeah I thought It would be a problem, as far as the money he owed me $200. His ex got him this stuff from bestbuy as a package deal for $300.I'll just take the money, I figured i'd have to mess with my alternator and wasn't looking forward to it.
Oh well money in my pocket.

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
