  • Will this work?

Ok i have a 2000 camaro with the stock cd/radio. I want a cassette player for my ipod so i can just stick that tape thing in and hook it up to my ipod and save $80 but what i am asking is will this(pictures below) plug right into where the optional CD changer would plug into. This way i could re-run that wire up into my glove box and have the Cassette player hidden in there.

I saw it on ebay and here is the description
UP FOR AUCTION IS A OEM GM DELCO CASSETTE PLAYER. THIS IS THE OPTIONAL CASSETTE PLAYER FOR CHEVY, GMC,AND EVEN 1999 CADILLAC ESCALADES. THIS CASSETTE PLAYER FITS IN ALL CHEVY AND GMC TRUCKS AND SUV'S FROM THE YEARS 1995 - 2002. GOOD LUCK! THERE IS NO RESERVE IN THIS AUCTION. HAPPY BIDDING!!! FREE SHIP

Dude just go to radio shack or something and get a wireless FM transmitter. You can get them for like $10 at a radioshack or some kind of electronics place.

Just stay away for anything "designed for an ipod" because they will be way overpriced.. you know what I mean... "i_______" like for example.. the iTrip.

Ok all you need is a headunit that has an aux headphone jack in the front. You can go but a little cord that has two headphone jacks on it and plug it right into the front of your stereo.

Or I think xm makes this little thing where you have a headphone wire coming out of a box. The box then plugs into your stereo's ant jack and you plug your existing ant wire running from the back into the box. It is kinda like those old RF adapters for the old Nintendos.
