i was wondering if its normal for a 96 firebird to not have the acc mode to listen to the radio w/out having the key on and not havin to worry bout it goin off cuz my car wont do that and i have to keep turning the key on over and over again to keep the radio on can someone tell me if this is normal or not cuz i dont like it at all...:mad:

You should be able to turn the key to the backwards position to play the radio. It should also stay on with the key in the on position with the car not running. My 97 will also play for ten minutes after I take the key out if I keep the doors closed but I'm not sure if the pre-97's will do that.
