problem with windshield wipers

my wipers won't work for some reason unless i spray my washer fluid. i've checked the fuse and everything was alright. I was just wondering if anybody knows how i can fix this problem.

IT happened to me also. Your wiper/signal/hi beam arm may be the culprit as they like to wear down (Some people say it wears down fast because of the way the tilt steering is.
