first of all...before i get bashed for not reading the stickies...i DID read the one about the lights...but i have a quick question. i was told that i needed 194s for the instrument cluster, but the sticky says different. so i need to know (FOR SURE) what lights i need to to change out the instrument cluster (speedo, etc...), Heater/AC Controls, Headlight controls, Rear Dome, Map Lights, glove compartment (if there is one (?)) and Shifter Plate. if anyone knows these then that would be great! thanks!

i can't tell you about most of those things (sorry), but i do know that the lights for the hvac controls are NOT 194s. They were about the size of LEDs. I had to replace them because both of mine went out, and they are push-in style but much smaller than 194s. Sorry, I don't remember the bulb number, i took it to CarQuest and they matched it up..

You might have to do what i've done with my older cars - take the lights out first, and match up the numbers stamped on the light itself.

yeah i'm probably gonna do that tomorrow afternoon...just didn't wanna have to take the dash apart so much...while it isn't difficult...it still gets annoying...

off the top of my head. hvac has 2 #74 bulbs, the shifter has 1 #74 bulbs the speedo has i think it has 5 or 7 #194 bulbs but you need to buy a different holder for them so they fit. maplights are a festoon which i forget the # and the rear dome is a crazy thing that only this one company makes i forget their name
