Window Switch

Hey Guys.



My driver side window will not go up or down. It goes in and out randomly. Its not the window motors because I replaced them when i got the car. I can put the passenger side down with both buttons. So I think its just the driver side button. I also hear a click when i press the button. I suppose its comming from the fuse box. Where can i get the driver's side switch panel other than the dealer?

how long ago did u replace the window motors cause i havent heard of a window switch going bad?

Maybe a year ago. But i know its the switch because after a while it will start working fine again. At least thats what it did last time. Also it didnt get slow and then just die. It stopped all of the sudden.

I've actually had to replace the driver's side switch before. The bottom of the switch cracked. Would no longer make contact unless you hammered on it.

Funny story with these guys. Lived in Hawaii at the time. During checkout they said that they couldn't give me a total with shipping because they don't know how much it'll cost to Hawaii. (I know, crappy webpage checkout) They'll just debit my card the actual shipping amount after the part ships. I needed the switch, so I told myself I can't be THAT expensive and I ordered it anyway. About a week later, the switch shows up on my doorstep. I check my account online..... no charge yet. A check again the following week. Nothing. It's now been like 2 years and still no charge. lol

Does anyone have the part number for the window switch and/or the piece of trim that its stationed in? I need to replace them on my driver/passenger side.
