Air Bag Clock Spring??

Hi guys my airbag light is on and my radio controls on the wheel don't work (98 Firebird) Could it be the clock spring?

Took off the airbag and no sign of crushed wires or anything and the connectors are OK. Checked under the bottom dash panel and all the connectors there look OK.

So I think the problem in the column somewhere.

1) Could it be the clock spring and whatever the radio controls pass through.

2) Any ideas on how much a replacement would be.

3) What other vehicles fitted to so I can look on Ebay

4) GM part number??
