not that familiar with these types of problems, but when i put the A/C on or Heater (well A/C is empty anyways) you can feel the air comming out each vent, however all vents shown in the picture aren't shooting out air.
(picture is not my car, i just used it to show which ones i'm refering too)

j/k which ones aren't blowing out air and look inside to see if anything is blocking it. Also, you might have to get behind the dash and see if any hose has come loose.

All the ones that are circled in red aren't working, the other ones (defog on top dash, feet and the little ones right next to the window are working.
i looked in and they are cleared. well from my view looking in them anyways.

Double check your blower to make sure it isn't clogged. On my honda I used to have it did that same thing and it was because the blower was clogged. Once I cleaned that out it felt like a hurricane.
