Cigarette lighter/Horn problem

Hello all

I was messing around with the center console yesterday. While reconnecting the cigarette ligher, there was a spark. Since then both the lighter and the horn are not working. Yes, I did check the fuse but it was still good. Any suggestion to this problem is much appreciated.

did you check all fuses... i'd replace the fuse first. Sometimes i've blown a fuse but it still looked good.

Thank you for your input. I got it fixed anyway. It was a different fuse that bad.
