see that red wire that isn't connected to anything?
i have a 1994 firebird v6. when it's connected to the positive electrical box, my hazards randomly flash... wierd... the wire just kinda disappears alongside the engine block somewhere below the car. can anyone tell me where it goes/what it does? it was like that when i purchased the car and the car runs fine... but i cannot figure out what it is for.

It looks like something that was aftermarket, my guess would be old alarm. My friend's aftermarket fog light power wire looks like that...

Could be that something is still hooked up and that was what the alarm did when it was going off. I know my stock alarm flashes the parking lights when going off.
