Memphis is a good brand and Pioneer is decent too, so for $150, it seems like a good buy, but it depends on what your looking for. When you pick something with a 760 watt amp, I assume you just want it to be loud and be heard?

Let me suggest the obvious. Get a tape measure...either metric or english. Measure the amount of width you have available.
Then measure the depth U have available, Then measure the
highth U have available. Then subtract abut 1/4 of an inch.
Now get the size of the unit for sale and compare those
measurements to what you measured in your car. Then make
a decision on the purchase.

The watts on the amp really doesnt matter to me, it just happened to be one of the few 1 sub 1 amp combos for sell at the time. I would prefer like a 400 watt, but ill continue to look
