I love my Valentine one. Im about to send mine in for an up date and buy anoyther one for my other car. How does they thing you made hook to the mirror.
You know how you have the bar on the back of your mirror? Well on that bar the two screws on top come off of it....i will post a pic of it off the car.
You will see by looking at it how it mounts! I just sent my valentine in for an update..awaiting its return.
Very nice, but from what I have been told and what ive read, you are supposed to mount them low b/c radar guns target your headlights.
High for radar, Low for laser.
Laser is targeted generally at front plate or headlights, hood, anywhere they will get a reflection. So you want to mount low if you worry about that most.
For radar you should mount high.
It really doesnt make that big of a difference though. I have my x50 mounted above my RVM and I pick up laser hits just fine on the turnpike. It helps that our cars are so low to begin with. An suv might not be so lucky with laser hits if they mount higher.
