Power Seat Motor f***ed up

So after washing my car the other day and doing the normal drying process (full throttle down the streets) my driver side seat starts to move up so i quickly press the button to make it go back, but then when i let go it kept on moving forward. But after a while it stopped but randomly kept going up again. Im not sure what i should replace but all i know my seat motor is jacked up. I was thinking the switch but all the other options move correctly so i dont know. Help Please
