okay i searched for hours on this forum, fullthrottlev6, and ls1tech.. and i came to the conclusion that everyone that has the problem i had (theres quite a few)... Symptoms
lock the doors 7 seconds later the alarm goes off twice.. always happens after a hard rain... well i am not sure how rain gets here but the solution is to take out your stock shock sensor and clean it water got down inside it somehow and started to corrode the chipboard... just clean it off reinstall and your good as new... i put mine ina ziplock back and made drainage hols in the housing for the sensor though because its a paint in the ***... i hope this helps someone..
i suggest to everyone if your having trouble or not take it out and clean it a little it might save you headaches in the future or you might not be as lucky as me and have to buy a whole new unit..
