My subs shake the rear hatch and make a low buzzing noise when its one. Any ideas on how to stop the noise besides turning it down? Thanks for any suggestions

has anyone used edead or knows if its good? because i would rather spend about a 100 with shipping for 40 sq ft on that than 200 on a dynamat trunk kit

Never mind, I found it on other sites. Mainly this one http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/ . Dynamat is a lot better

I'm a huge fan of ED but their sound deadener is not up to par. Everything else is top notch though. If you want great sound deadener I suggest RAAMAT.

my car had these two rubber knobs i twisted and they raised up a bit and it was able to stop the rattling from my subs in my trunk. its worth a shot to take a look at them.

                          Hood pins, please.

my friends 94 camaro hit 155's all day long and he has no problems with his latch, nor would need or ever concider "hatch pins". :twak:

thats a little excessive, i think some well placed sound deadening strips would do the same job, seeing as how i kept my hatch quiet on my jeep that was pushing nearly 150 db's with only a few pieces of left over edead from my friends stealth

3 new kinetik batts / 2 more monitors going in today

more over: hood pins $15 / dynamat $200+
if subs shake the rear hatch dynamat may fix noise but not the shake...
                              pins will fix the shake...

Note: dynamat test results on F150 had 9.1db less road noise and 6db more bass output (122 to 128db @ 45hz) material cost if $559 and a installation time of 11 hours

My car is a SQ car also I used Dynapad in the rear and Dynaliner on floors/doors
