Buy a new remote from the dealer. They cost about $75! I know, because I just bought a new one this week.
To program you remove the radio fuse, turn the igntition on and off three times. All the doors and hatch will unlock. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the remote until all the doors and hatch unlock again.
