  • Turnsignal not blinking (solid)

Yeah so maybe a week ago I noticed when I flick on my left turn signal it has a solid left arrow and it's quiet (no clicking sound)... anyone know what could be the problem?

I haven't actually went outside the car to see if it's working or not or what, but it's kind of annoying.

More than likely it means you just have a bulb out, thats what it usually does...

Possibly a turn signal relay went bad, also common and easy repair.

i have the same problem right now, it is the bulb in the front, im just too damn lazy to pull the headlight out and swap the bulb...its annoying as hell by the way. the back blinker dosnt even blink when the fronts out, it stays solid...

            Ok, update...

Today at work on my break I turned the left signal on and went outside the car, both the front AND rear lights were ON and they were solid... So the bulbs can't be out right?

So wtf is causing this? And how do I fix it?

Check the fuses and relay, all the parts are pretty cheap so just go down the line, I've never had them go out on my camaro but on my prevous car rear bulbs have double filaments and if one filment went they still lit up but didn't blink maybe someone could chime in whether that could still be the problem

Some cars do stupid stuff when the lights are "about to go out".............

Yea, sounds like me one of the lights are out.

But... if you want to rule that out, and replace the flasher its less than $10 bucks and easy to replace.

Just pull the panel off under your steering wheel,. reach up, to the right and unplug it.

You can pick it up at just about any auto parts store!

So why do I replace the flasher if a bulb is (about to go) out?

well the green turn arrow staying lit, would be the turner mod going not the light bulb

You don't have to, I was just giving you your options... If you replace the bulbs, and that isnt the problem, then it's the flasher.

Or it could be the flasher and your bulbs are fine.....
