    hey i was just wondering does this really work? thanks
    2000 camaro rs:whisperlid, 2.5 magnaflow exhaust, catco high flow cat, fast toys cai, 3.73, 160 power stat, msd 8.5 wires ngk iridium spark plugs, hpp3, zzp w/p and alt. under drive pullies, 1.9 Rockers/LS6 Springs with ls1 retainers

        Yep it works... it provides a pathway for energy to flow toward the battery!

            If you're talking about an alternator rewire with a larger diameter wire then yes. It works and is an inexpensive way to increase voltage across the board. It won't make much of a differance if you're not running a system or quite a few gadgets, but it is relatively inexpensive and has been tested to increase voltage.

                so its just a 4AWG that goes from the alt to the batt?

                  No, it is re-routed to the body power post. Look at the pictures on my site.

                  Alt to Batt 8awg (removed)
                  Batt to Power post 6awg (keep, now only used to charge battery)

                  Alt to Power post 4awg (new)

                    ok let me get this straight so u take out the wire to alt to the batt then keep the the wire to the batt to power post then a new wire 4awg alt to the power post so there will be 2 wires going to the power post the new 4awg and the 6awg and by power post u me were all the fuse are right? i know zzp sales the wire stuff but does it come like the set up u have thanks

                      Look at the pictures on my web site.

                      The power post on my car is on the fender behind the battery. It is red. ZZP sells the cable (I hope it's right). I got a "prototype" and had to modify it.

                      BTW, 93-97 and 98+ are different.
