Light Under Window Switches...

ive been noticing every once in a while at night that theres a strange light coming from inside my door, and its shining out through the small gaps in the window switches. is there supposed to be light coming from under there? it isnt on the other side, and it is only on sometimes. other times it wont be lit up and then before i know it i look down and its on. what is it?????

firebird switches don't light up...there is a red light in the door handle panel that "shines" on the switches. idk what a camaro has

camaros have that same light, but not red,

If you had yourpanel off recently you might have forgot to put it back, or it just might have fallen out

it must have been those stupid car audio guys who put my speakers in. they f*cked everything up :(


i never noticed there being a red light under there tho :-/

As already mentioned that light actually shines down on the window switches. Take it apart and you will see the socket that it is supposed to sit in.

is it easy to get replacements for those, ive checked both my bulbs and they appear to be burned out

Yeah, both mine were burnt out as well. They are 74s. I replaced them with blue LEDs and it looks much better now :tup:
