Is there a write up for a triple pod install? Including the wiring? Also how do you wire something into a fuse. I was told to wire some things into the ignition fuse and different fuse. Thanks! Pics if possible!

It depends on what gauges you are using, but its pretty simple.

accesory fuse is probably the best bet.

Ok i just tried to put the pillar in but i couldnt get it to stay snug on the pillar, whats the trick behind it? It has those plastic screws towards the top side of the pillar but theres like no where to put them. Also, i recieved the tri pod from someone who had it on a 98 firebird, are they the same pillar holders or are they different?

Should be exactly the same, my pillar didnt fit all that good either, but i pushed on it till it was flush, then mounted it with a screw in each corner, didnt look bad.

So you just drilled a screw into the top of the pod holder and into the frame of the car?

As far as the fuse wiring you were asking me about, run the power down under the dash and up behind the fuse box and pull the wire thru.

Take your power wire, and strip some of the protective coating off of it, approx. 1 inch.

Pull the fuse "courtesy" from the #8 position, it should be a 20 AMP

Wrap the wire around one prong of the fuse once or twice,(as seen in picture) not too much or you wont be able to put the fuse back into the fuse holder and reinstall fuse.

That will give you power to the gauges

Some people may do it differently but I always do it like that :)

Well I installed the gauges and they are hideous, light up wise. Love the Tripod look but I definitely need different gauges to coincide with my light scheme as it is. I currently have blue leds in the vents, feet area, face gauges, speakers etc. Which autometer gauges should I go with? I don't want the background of the gauge to light up, i'd like for it to remain dark while the numbers and digits etc. light up blue and the arrow thing light up orangeish. Pics please!!!!
