Need help with my fans

the drivers side fan comes on when i start the car. which is normal right?
after the car gets a little hot, the drivers fan sounds like it starts running faster and the passenger fan tries to come on for 1 second then stops. it never comes on completely. when i turn the a/c on..the passenger fan doesnt come on either, only the drivers side one remains on. i was just trying to figure out when the passenger fan is suppose to come on. and is it ok to drive the car without the passenger fan working? also, my engine coolant temperture sensor broke, could that be why the passenger fan isn't coming on?

i pulled the relays out and moved them around. to see if the pass side fan would come on. now neither fan will come on. i moved the relays back to their original spots too.

Fix your obvious problems first, the coolant temp sensor. Then if your fan still doesn't work use a test light to see if it is getting power. If it is getting power, Then your fan motor is bad. But you need to fix the known problems first.
